SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday, subject to payment and stock availability. Please allow 48 hours during weekends and holidays. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.  Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address, cancel or amend your order. 

Postage and Packaging Charges

For orders placed in the United Kingdom:

United Kingdom

Standard (3-5 working days) Delivery in the UK is charged at £1.95 per order.
Express (1-2 working days) Delivery in the UK is charges at £2.95 per order.

Europe

Delivery to Europe (5-7 days) is charged at £9.95 per order for tracked and signed delivery

International

International deliveries (8-10 days) are charged at £9.95 per order for tracked and signed delivery.

If your order is to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any taxes, customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. Playground Posh will not be responsible for these charges.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses. 

For orders placed in the United States:

United States

First Class Mail (3-5 working days) Small Parcel - Delivery in the United States is charged at $2.75 per order.

Priority Mail (2 working days) Small Envelope or Small Bow - Delivery in the United States is charged at $6.80 per order.

Priority Mail (2 working days) Medium Box - Delivery in the United States is charged at $13.45

First Class Mail (3-5 working days) Small Parcel - Delivery in the United States is charged at $2.60 up to 3 ounces and $3.95 up to 10 ounces.

Delivery to United Kingdom from the USA:

First Class Package International Service No Tracking - Delivery is charged at $13.50 per order.

Priority Mail International Small Parcel - Delivery is charged at $33.95 per order.

Delivery to Europe from the USA:

First Class Package International Service No Tracking - Delivery is charged at $22.25 per order. Expected delivery date varies by destination.

Priority Mail International Small Parcel - Delivery is charged at $33.95 per order.

International Deliveries:

Please email us on help@playgroundposh.com for prices for delivery to international destinations.

If your order is to a destination outside the USA, you will be responsible for any taxes, customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. Playground Posh will not be responsible for these charges.

Attempted Deliveries

For all deliveries requiring a signature in the UK, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier will automatically redeliver on the next working day. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Have you changed your mind? Once you have received your parcel you have 14 days to return the item and request a refund or exchange. Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.  Fill out the Returns portion on the original invoice and simply send the article back to us at:

Please remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. 

Once the goods have been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed and you will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of your request. The cost of sending items back to us is borne by you.  

We always strive to provide the best service, but sometimes we can make mistakes. Please feel free to contact us on help@playgroundposh.com and inform us of any damaged, faulty or missing products from your order.

If you report the problem to us we will either:

  • replace any products that are damaged, missing or defective; or
  • refund to you the amount paid for the product in question.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Refunding the Delivery Charge

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. 

Returning Special Offer Goods

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 6 for £5) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

Refunds for Bespoke Orders

Unfortunately, once a bespoke order has been created, the order cannot be returned or refunded. However, if there is an error on our part with the customization of the order, we will work with you to fix the error.

Lost Parcels

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible.  For the UK, it must be within 15 working days from the date of dispatch. For international destinations, we must be informed within 30 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by the relevant delivery company.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
